Description

We currently have a generic message "Learn more about local chapters and their projects." on the thank you page.

Since we know the donor's country, we could link to a specific local chapter where appropriate

Simply adding @CDenes_WMF as a subscriber to this ticket; no action planned / this hasn't been roadmapped, but it'll include a translations ask to deploy it multilingually.

We're now piloting this for Wikimedia Sverige in Sweden: English page, Swedish page

If it goes well will look into extending to other chapters
