As a Watchlist Expiry user, I want the watch pop-up to remain accessible as long as I am focused on it (and no matter how many selections that I make), so that the automatic dismissal is only triggered when my selection is truly complete.

Background: If the user is in mobile, and if they open the dropdown for a second time, the popup dismisses after 6 seconds, even if the dropdown is open. So, you can make a second (or even third) expiry selection (if you change your mind), but you have to be quick.
