Description

In September 8, an IP created https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/現在的習主席 as a redirect. It is nominated for deletion and deleted, but InternetArchiveBot recreated it with meaningless content.

Note the miraheze site is only an archive of deleted page - the wrong creation happens in Chinese Wikipedia.
