To reproduce, first create a page, then:

• Go to Special:AbuseFilter/test, add your username, check Show changes that do not match the filter, submit the form. The page creation doesn't appear at all.
• Then go to Special:AbuseFilter/examine, add your username, submit the form. The page creation appears in the list, but if you click on "examine", you get the error:

The change you requested is not supported by the Abuse Filter

This is probably caused by page creations having a different type than edits in the recentchanges table. Perhaps a regression caused by r599400, it should be an easy fix.
