- Remove unnecessary configurable elements from the endpoint (like threshold, pageSize).
- We need to get a final list of articles that will be a part of the experiment. When we do, warm the cache (visit every page for each article until it maxes out). This will make fetching much faster.

Note: this can be done after https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T268174 is merged and deployed. Reason being so that the announcement is turned off and beta users aren't hitting the endpoint anymore, using up the cache while we're trying to do the same. This also can be done after 6.7.3 is out in the App Store.
