Incorporate swipe down gesture to dismiss gallery view

Description

The task’s title says it all, this enhancement makes it easier for users to go back and forth between gallery view and article.

Here’s an example of an ideal behavior (from Google Photos):

No animation due to not wanting to rebuild gallery view. Just going to detect gesture and close.

I created an easy solution of the swipe-to-dismiss, please see the demo video below:

You may notice that the image is not "draggable", the touch events might conflict with the draggable event because of the image library we're currently using in the Gallery.

Not sure if this solution works for you.

@cooltey difficult to say as the animation is pretty laggy in the video. but at first glance, this looks good! happy to try it out as soon as it’s merged!
