We should see a failure when a past-day feed/featured has no - for example - no mostread data, and this didn't happen during yesterday's incident.
In fact, I could not find feed/featured at all in the openapi spec.

I added the RESTBase project tag since feed/featured is currently not provided by the wikifeeds service itself but rather is composed in RESTBase.
That will change soon with T263133: Move feed assembly from RESTBase to Wikifeeds.
