As part of the "Pick a sentence" step (T251551) of the Section Translation mobile editor, an option to select alternative MT options is provided.

In the current implementation links are active and trigger a navigation away. When taping a card, the current implementation leads the user out of the tool. We may want to keep the link styling but make them non-interactive to make the whole card to be a single element to select.
