Description

As someone who is making a potentially controversial edit, I want to be able to easily link to the talk page discussion that produced the consensus/agreement/understanding that is leading me to make the change(s) that I am, so that other volunteers can easily understand what is leading me to be confident make the change(s) that I am.
- Examples:
As someone who is viewing a page's history, I want to be able to easily identify controversial edits, and the discussions that preceded them, so that I can better understand why an article is written in the way that it is.
