Can't make second talk thread on mobile if the first thread has an empty heading

While logged in visit

Press Talk.

We are thrown into the first thread with no way to make a second thread.

All we can do is comment on the first thread or leave the talk page. Pushing the arrow at top just takes us out of the talk page.

@Jidanni: Is anything unclear with T263315#6476083, or why do you continue to ignore requests?

The talk page feature is in the process of being replaced by DiscussionTools
We have no plans to fix this.
