From time to time, it is necessary to log into the Oversight user (to change the email address or other preferences), which is not currently possible, since the user is local-only, and Wikimedia configuration intentionally prevents (as all local only accounts should in theory be only a bug).

@Primefac asked me via IRC to unify the Oversight account, which means all other accounts need to be moved away:

Only simple has an oversight-list set, which should be resolved via https://simple.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Oversight&diff=7121257&oldid=6959088. All other projects have a personal email set and/or blocked the account.
