See that https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T263794 exists with the title Enable Growth features by default in the Hebrew Wikipedia
Go to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/query/advanced/
In Query, enter title:hebrew AND title:growth, and run the search.

Incorrectly get No tasks found.

title:hebrew or using title:growth shows the task under the results, so it's likely not the indexing daemon being behind.
title:hebrew AND title:wikipedia lists other tasks, so the AND logical operator seems to work in general.

title:growth title:hebrew (without AND) gives me two tasks:

T263794 Enable Growth features by default in the Hebrew Wikipedia
T255020 Deploy Growth features on Hebrew Wikipedia

https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/search/ does not mention AND , I think they are implicitly ANDed
