Unable to login on sourcewiki - `sessionfailure`
Closed, DuplicatePublicBUG REPORT

Description

Despite being logged in on other wikis and the autologin working most of the time, today I was unable to login to sourceswiki (wikisource.org). When I wasn't logged in automatically, I manually navigated to Special:UserLogin and entered my username and password. When I tried to submit the form, I was told

There seems to be a problem with your login session; this action has been canceled as a precaution against session hijacking. Please resubmit the form.

this occurred despite repeated attempts to resubmit the form, both with and without "Keep me logged in" enabled.
