As a person responsible for the WMF backups I want to document key production data sets that require backing up, document the gaps and plan the work to address them.
Acceptance criteria:
- Identify the key SRE-owned services in the WMF Wikis stack
- For each of the services above, identify the data set that requires backing up and the current strategy of backing it up (if exists)
- For each of the data sets above, document the information in a structure defined in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T264274
- Create tracking tasks for addressing the identified gaps
