@Soda completed his GSoC project on ProofreadPage with an outstanding success.
He demonstrated a very good ability to understand the MediaWiki codebase and to write maintainable code.
It would be great to grant him +2 right on the ProofreadPage extension to allow him to +2 other volunteers code.
