Description

PCS endpoints, currently exposed via RESTBase, should be moved to API Gateway. The storage for PCS should be managed by the service itself.

This task is currently a placeholder and to be expanded.

Is the idea here to port PCS endpoints to php or keep it in nodejs and expose it differently?

After our latest restbase sunset meeting on Aug 13th, we decided we are going to change our strategy for PCS deprecation and instead of waiting for parsoid to be fully deprecated we are going to try to switchover PCS first making parsoid on RESTBase not used.
