  1. Do you have any known risks in the upcoming quarter?
    • What is the cause? Pre-existing commitments to other teams may cause delays in completing the work on the first initiative
    • What is the impact? If we do not rollout the first solution in time for it to affect work, we may not be able to assess its impact until well into January (beginning of Q3)
  1. Do you have any dependencies on other teams?
    • Which team? Product Analytics, primarily, as the initiative worked on in Q2 will likely be process or documentation-based
    • What do you need? Rollout of a solution (TBD) which is supposed to address an identified pain point (TBD); the plan is to have it be an "easy win" – something quick/easy but impactful
    • When do you need it? Preferably by end of November, to give the initiative opportunity to have effect on analysts' workflows throughout December, so we can better assess its impact
