Currently, it is not possible to add a reference to another ZObject as a value.
It might be that this is resolved when T264828 is resolved (because Z9 is already in wiki), but basically, the Reference type is missing.
This task is completed when we can enter references even with just a ZID. An individual task will allow to select based on the label / with a search.
