Following the instructions in the README file, I have been able to get the docker version of WSExport running and have been able to export ebooks using it.

This is using the dev branch of the WSExport codebase.

The only modification I had to make was to change the version in the docker-compose.yml file from 3.7 to 3.3, because I have a slightly older version of Docker/docker-compose.

@ifried This isn't something that will affect WSExport on production. It is just an environment people can setup to develop WSExport locally.

Test environment: Debian Buster; Docker 18.09.

There is nothing to test here, so I'm marking it as Done.
