Currently, the standard font size of 16px is used for the Mobile VE integrated in Section Translation when editing a proposed translation (T251928).
This ticket proposes to increase that font size to be 18px instead:

This is intended to make it easy for users to manipulate the content on a mobile device (where placing the cursor in a given position is not very comfortable).
