in puppet 6 some core types have been moved to external modules. check and confirm our exposure

Description

puppet 6 moved some core type i.e. cron, mount out of puppet core and into external modules. However the puppet-agent package produced by puppetlabs packages theses external moduels internally. We should check what debian dose and what changes we need to make

puppet6 is not going to make it to bullseye so this issues is less urgent for now, that siad it looks like the will be packages as e.g. puppet-module-puppetlabs-cron-core
