Description

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/form/8/ has a line which says

[] - non-sudo requests: 3 business day wait must pass with no objections being noted on the task

This should say non-staff instead, as documented in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Production_access#Filing_the_request.

(I don't have access to edit the form, otherwise i'd have just done it myself :)
