Name: PatchDemoBot
Purpose:
Similar to gerritbot, this will announce on tasks when a Patch Demo wiki is created using any patch linked to the task.

Email: patchdemobot@wikimedia.org (fake), or whatever is appropriate

I don't know if we get access to the bot account once created (or just an API key) but if not, the following can be used as the account's profile pic: https://github.com/MatmaRex/patchdemo/blob/master/images/logo.svg
