The current version of the Wikipedia iOS/iPadOS app has a bug that won't post descriptions universally to the appropriate article text when editing it through the app's "title description" editor. When using the app's description editor to make a modification, the "short description" template is inadvertently removed from the text.

Steps to Reproduce:
Edit description text on two different articles: one that has no description and one that has a description.

Expected Results:
The short description template will be removed from the article text when editing an existing description. A description will not appear on an article where one is supposed to be added in the editor.
