Wikimedia Commons Query Service[1] should be added to WDQS federation whitelist so that image metadata could be used in WDQS queries and more specifically in tools like "Wikidata list" [2]

The real-life use case would be reading date information of P18 defined photos in listeria lists.[2] This would be working even if the endpoint would be limited as "low volume" endpoint.
