Description

Hi Ops team,

Unfortunately the device holding the 2FA for my Main Wikipedia account has unexpectedly died, I have tried my scratch codes however apparently these are invalid.

I've still got access to my alt accounts and Wikitech account (the latter of which I'm posting this request through) - I also retain access to my email address linked to this account. Unfortunately, due to a typo, my User Committed Identity on my user page appears to be incorrect (whoops....)

I also retain access to my toolforge accounts, and the corresponding public/private keypair.

Please let me know what you need from me!

Could you please send an email (to ca at wikimedia dot org) from your registered email address of your wiki account, in order to confirm? Please also include the URL of this ticket in your email.
