We want to switch some read view use case to use Parsoid.

A few possible candidates are:

• Talk namespace on some subset of wikis for use by Discussion tools
• One small wiki:
  • officewiki
  • mediawiki
  • wikitech

We need to make a firm decision by end of calendar year (Dec 2020) so we can prioritize tasks that let us accomplish that goal.
