One of the pain points:

Lack of streamlined & standardized process – when new instrumentation is required, not sure who all to loop in and when; difficult to determine who’s blocking progress when coordinating across lots of stakeholders; lots of forging your own path and improvisation instead of having a clear set of established steps to follow

The goal is to put together guidelines of the workflow/process broken down into stages, clearly state who should be involved, communicate them to analysts and their product teams.
