Special:CreateAccount should give users warning that access to PW reset without an email addy is impossible

Description

When creating an account, the inclusion of an email address is optional but there is no warning that without an email address there is no way to recover the account. Arguably, a new user does not have a clue that they could lose access to the account permanently without an email attached to it. Every now and then the Trust and Safety team also receives such PW reset requests. So I wonder if we can add a warning message similar to what we added to the ‘Password’ field so that this confusion can be rectified. E.g. “An email address is required if you ever need to reset your password.”
