There are currently 17 mysql configs that set event_scheduler. One of them sets the value depending on the hostname (modules/profile/templates/mariadb/mysqld_config/db_inventory.my.cnf.erb). This should be a parameter to mariadb::config, so it can be set via hiera.

I am ready to deploy this, not do it on a Friday though. I have the patch ready for Monday.
Slightly changed this, the event_scheduler should be enabled by default, there is no reason to keep it disabled now that we don't have a massive amount of events on hosts like tendril.

I have finally enabled this today, as it only affects the event_scheduler, which is already ON everywhere.
