Steps to reproduce:

• Get to a Payments Wiki form where you've selected to make a recurring donation through the Adyen gateway, i.e. this sample link: https://payments.wikimedia.org/index.php/Special:GatewayFormChooser?payment_method=cc&gateway=adyen&recurring=true&currency_code=AUD&uselang=en&country=AU&amount=20
• Observe that payments wiki accurately reflects that you've selected a *Monthly donation*
  
• Enter your contact info and select a credit card type to advance to the Adyen hosted redirect checkout page
• Observe that the form's #displayAmount element doesn't accurately reflect that you're setting up a monthly donation
