Duplicated text when editing MediaWiki:Licenses

Description

Hello. I'd like to report a minor mistake/typo on MW 1.35. On a fresh install, when you attempt to edit MediaWiki:Licenses, the following warning is generated above the edit box:

Warning: You are editing a page which is used to provide interface text for the software. Changes to this page will affect the appearance of the user interface for other users on this wiki. To add or change translations for all wikis, please use translatewiki.net, the MediaWiki localisation project.

Notice the last line is duplicated.

Thanks for reporting this. Adding #Page-editing and removing MW-1.35-release tag as this is not a release blocker.

My pleasure. A correction to my original post: All/most interface pages (i.e. MediaWiki namespace) reflect the above scenario; not just MediaWiki:Licenses.

The same question will appear after you create MediaWiki:Licenses?
