We don't set IDs on servers uplink cables in eqiad and codfw.
T262899's import will mass create those ID-less cables, so the cable report needs to not alert on those.
something like:
if site in (eqiad, codfw)
AND one of the termination is a "dcim.interface"
AND the matching termination device is a server
Ignore it.
