Actually in WMCH Cronos is not possible to allow to mark an Event as canceled.

Cancelling an Event is important when it's better to tell that an Event was present for some time but now it's not available anymore for some reasons. This should be considered better than just deleting that Event from the timetable.

In a first implementation this could involve:

• parsing of a new parameter e.g. {{Cronos event|canceled = no}} from the Lua module [[Module:Cronos month]]
• rendering in [[Template:Cronos event]] and [[Template:Cronos event brief]]
