Researchers can create a notebook and share that notebook in static fashion on PAWS . They can also fork notebooks. However, people don't always work alone. We have limitations in the PAWS environment by using Mediawiki OAuth that prevent simple sharing because you'd have to share a Mediawiki account.

This task is for brainstorming about how to share executable notebooks with other users. That doesn't necessarily require "groups" or violating rules on wiki if there is some clear mechanism for easy transfer back and forth or even joint editing. There are reasons not to do this directly as well, but it is especially helpful if we consider the idea of a scheduled job and the issue of maintainership for such a thing.
