Plan for FY 20-21 Q2 maintenance window

Description

There are a set of tasks we wish to complete before the bulk of traffic arrives. Plan will be tracked on collab: https://collab.wikimedia.org/wiki/2020-11-16-downtime-maintenance

Possibly do these tasks also, left from the previous maint window. We passed on these alters for now

  • delete log_ table data older than 1 year (?, still in discussion, see T257232)
  • delete old deleted contacts (?)

And, adding in this new task:

  • Alter contact id on civicrm_mailing_data_provider table to be an integer T266845
