Currently, the use of funds CSS uses the cariable $breakpoint_m which is not available on Wikipedia.de, both as as variable name (because it uses dashes instead of underscores) and as a screen size.

Acceptance criteria:

• Use of funds CSS uses its own breakpoint variable, e.g. use_of_funds_breakpoint_m.
• All banners initialize that variable in their variables file.
