ArticleCreationWorkflow doesn't intercept article creation process for users

Description

Extension:ArticleCreationWorkflow doesn't work (DOESN'T intercept article creation process for ANY user even when createpagemainns = false; for those users) on MediaWiki 1.35 but work seamlessly on Wikipedia. It is as if the extension is not registered on the wiki in question or the $wgArticleCreationLandingPage is unavilable, but it is available.

What I'm I missing?

The setup documentation is so straightforward as if there's nothing wrong with this extension, yet no one ever responded to questions on the extension talkpage: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:ArticleCreationWorkflow

Please tell me step-by-step how to setup this extension, I have a landing page ready. All I need is how to make this intercept article creation for a given group like [*] or [user] and permit only certain groups like [autoconfirmed] to create article in mainspace.

Sorry, I don't think anyone is willing to support this extension for 1.35. I have tested it on the latest master of MediaWiki just now, and it worked for me. I'm not sure whether your problem was with the MediaWiki version in the first place, or with the configuration required by the extension.
