Description

There is a medium term goal to mirror the eqiad cloudsw setup in codfw
WMCS instance in codfw is to testing purposes
Cloud.*-dev servers are spread around row B

Mirroring cloudsw means having one or more dedicated cloudsw TOR switches to which connect only WMCS servers.

If that's correct, and if it's physically possible, to have less servers to move later on, we should rack all new WMCS servers (that need a leg in the cloud-hosts1-b-codfw vlan) in the same rack (or maybe even half rack). Maybe B1?

So far I'm only thinking of the two listed in T267378, but it should apply to any upcoming ones as well if any.
