500 Internal Server Error while trying to log into PAWS

Description

When logging into PAWS, through OAuth, it is possible to follow the login up to and through accepting the permissions request, but the application reports a 500 error on the page https://hub.paws.wmcloud.org/hub/oauth_callback. I can't find any additional user-exposed details of this error. I reproduced on both my main and alternate accounts.

I also checked https://public.paws.wmcloud.org, which is still accessible and suggests that the problem occurred after 2020-Nov-10 16:17.
