Pre-release
- File subtask for assets (if needed)
- Update "Licenses" section (e.g. new libraries, fonts, images, etc.)
- Publish Beta build on Play Store.
- File subtask for smoke tests and notify Anthony (who in turn notifies TSG)
- Upload new screenshots & app icons to Play Store (if needed)
- Review Regression testing report, triage bugs, and identify any blockers
- Review crash reports for Beta build on AppCenter.
Day of submit:
- Release to production on Play Store (NOT on a Friday!)
- Release to Amazon app store.
- Release to Samsung app store.
Post-release:
- Post on mobile-l, if updates are significant enough.
