In Preview and publish step users should be able to make final edits to the section translation before publishing by clicking the edit button next to translated section title.
Once the button is clicked, Visual Editor should appear, where user can edit the translation and save it by clicking on the "Next" button inside VE. Upon saving, user returns
to "Preview and Publish" screen where recently edited translation is being shown.

Preview and Publish section now has an edit button which upon clicking opens up VE to make further edits. Clicking on the "Next" button inside VE, user returns to "Preview and Publish" screen where recently edited translation is being shown.
