This host went down earlier today, it is missing a hw raid firmware upgrade so I'll do that just in case. This looks like a BBU needing a replacement tho

Also feel free to proceed without my assistance for ms-be hosts in cases like this: pressing the power button on the host and waiting 2-3 minutes for power off should work as intended.
