As a Community Tech team member, I want to review the wishlist wishes that we have received so far, so I can be as prepared as possible for the team virtual offsite & official review process.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Read basic content of all wishes that have been submitted to the 2021 Community Wishlist Survey, by Friday November 27th (we understand that some wishes will be submitted over the weekend, and new wishes will be reviewed at the virtual offsite). You can use the team wishlist spreadsheet to read content.
• When a wish seems to have a major issue (such as being: unclear or incomplete, huge & out of scope for the team, in conflict with plans of other teams, legal issues, etc), please indicate such issues in the spreadsheet for the wish. If someone has already made such indication, you don't need to write the issue out again. You can just write your initials and +1.
• Overall, by the time we meet for our virtual offsite, beginning on November 30th, you should have a basic familiarity with all of the wishes submitted by November 27th, so we can begin by discussing those wishes on day 1.
