Description

The following query (https://w.wiki/nax) returns as results some couples of items which have been merged many hours ago (e.g. http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q76421160 with http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q94934871, merged more than 48 hours ago but still appearing among results).

This particular problem should be fixed after the reload tracked in T267927.
The root of this issue is most likely due to the recent change poller that may miss some updates and should be fully addressed once we deploy the new WDQS updater (T244590).
