Fix navigation loop from "Preview and Publish" step to "Pick a sentence" step

Description

When user clicks "Close" icon inside "Preview and Publish" step screen, they are redirected to "Pick a sentence" step. If they, then, click "Back" button they are redirected back to "Preview and Publish" step and an everlasting navigation loop is created.
