[betalabs-minor] Delete local overwrite of MediaWiki:File-exists-duplicate on commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org

Description

  1. On commons betalabs start uploading a duplicate image file via Special:Upload.
  2. At the end of the upload the user warning is displayed - "mwe-upwiz-file-status": "What is ? This file is a duplicate of the following files:"

Since In production "What is ?" part of the label is not present and I found no presence of it in translation of fMediaWiki:file-exists-duplicate message, the label in betalabs should be corrected.

An admin from https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:ListUsers?username=&group=sysop&wpsubmit=&wpFormIdentifier=mw-listusers-form&limit=50 needs to delete the local page https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/MediaWiki:File-exists-duplicate
