Description

When I attempt to visit https://zh.wikinews.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Conversiontable/zh-hk?uselang=en , the page returns the following:

Internal error
[6a40dc21-6541-492d-b953-a7a66aa89abb] 2020-12-02 04:45:11: Fatal exception of type "InvalidArgumentException"

The issue can also be reproduced if I visit the page via static link, like
https://zh.wikinews.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Conversiontable/zh-hk&oldid=188975
