Goal

This task is to add the "connection owner" field to the IP Information box.

Note that this value shows "Not available" if its value is the same as that of the Connection method

just a note from eng meeting - connection owner maps to user type (see https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/geoip2-enterprise-product-suite/enterprise-database, which shows user type returning values like 'library') and this was reflected in the original ticket name. I'm not sure if "connection owner" should refer to something else, but afaik, there isn't a "connection owner" field besides "user type."
