Issue with Creating a tool in Toolforge using Tool-admin

Description

I requested for a Toolforge membership and it got approved as well - membership/status/945.

But I am unable to create a tool even after the membership request got approved, I still see the request for membership banner.

@Reedy I remember logging-out and logging-in couple of days beack after getting approved as I was following the quickstart wiki for Toolforge, not sure though as it was a week back. Now it tried again and it is working fine now.
